4. Mads Østberg (NOR) / Jonas Andersson (SWE) - Citroen DS3 WRC
It's working quite well. Not many places that I can go faster. You can tell from myself an Kris that we are pushing hard and there is not much of a chance to go faster. Mikko is going really well at the moment. We have a small gap to Mikko now and the focus is on Andreas now. We try to push but it's difficult. I'm accepting the challenge and I feel good to come out of it in a good way.

Tout va plutôt bien. Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'endroits où je peux être plus rapide. Vous pouvez constater que Kris et moi sommes à fond pendant que Mikko fait lui aussi une superbe course. On a une petite avance sur Mikko et nous nous concentrons pour l'instant sur Andreas. On fait de notre mieux mais ce n'est pas facile. Je relève le défi et j'espère m'en sortir avec les honneurs.

A good morning. No problems or mistakes. A bit slippy on loose gravel but everything is OK. No plans yet, we'll see, enjoy and have good stage times. I need to be closer to the top guys.

Une matinée qui a été bonne et sans souci ni erreur. Un peu glissant sur les graviers mais tout va bien. On a pas de plan pour l'instant, on roule et on espère de bons temps. Je dois me rapprocher des meilleurs.

8. Juho Hänninen (FIN) / Tomi Tuominen (FIN) - Hyundai i20 WRC
Hyvä aamu. Ei ongelmia eikä virheitä. Vähän liukasta irtosoralla, mutta kaikki on OK. Ei ole tarkempaa suunnitelmaa vielä; katsotaan, nautitaan ja jahdataan hyviä aikoja pätkiltä. Täytyy päästä lähemmäksi huippukuskeja.

20. Hayden Paddon (NZL) / John Kennard (NZL) - Hyundai i20 WRC
I've been quite happy. Today has been a bit harder and stages that others know quite well. I think I've come on a bit as a driver this weekend and I'm on the right track. We saw here last year that the stages can be quite challenging when they get rough. I don't quite have the confidence with the front of the car. We need to make some changes to work better in the ruts and get more feeling in the front axle. You have to have 100% confidence that it will turn when you want it to turn. I can feel every little thing in the car and it responds very well to changes. I have to focus on the driving, the car is quite good.

20. Hayden Paddon (NZL) / John Kennard (NZL) - Hyundai i20 WRC
Je suis satisfait. Aujourd'hui ça a été un peu plus dur sur les spéciales que certains connaissaient plutôt bien. Je me sens dans la peau d'un pilote ce week-end mais on sait aussi d'expérience que les spéciales peuvent vraiment se dégrader ici. Je n'ai pas trop confiance dans l'avant de la voiture, nous allons changer certains réglages pour mieux prendre les ornières et fiabiliser l'essieu avant. Il faut être certain des capacités de la voiture à tourner quand on le veut. Je sens bien la voiture qui répond très bien aux changements. Je dois me concentrer sur le pilotage.

Olen aika tyytyväinen. Tänään on ollut vähän vaikeampaa ja sellaisia pätkiä, jotka toiset tuntevat paremmin. Mielestäni olen edistynyt kuljettajana tänä viikonloppuna ja olen oikeilla jäljillä. Viime vuonna nähtiin, että pätkät voivat olla haasteellisia, kun niistä tulee suttuisia. En täysin luota auton etuosaan. Täytyy tehdä vähän muutoksia, jotta auto toimii paremmin urissa ja saadaan lisää tuntumaa etuakseliin. Täytyy olla 100% varmuus siihen, että se kääntyy silloin kun haluan. Tunnen jokaisen pikku asian autosta hyvin ja se vastaa hyvin säätöihin. Täytyy keskittyä ajamiseen, auto on aika hyvä.

[Paul Nagle] We hit a big stone and it damaged a wheel. We dropped four seconds and the confidence had gone on the last stage. The first two stages were really really good. We just want to keep Andreas behind this afternoon. A long way to go, this evenings stages get very rutted. Tomorrow is a big, big day. As a codriver you have to go as fast as possible with Kris and try to get to the finish line before he does! Jari is the master around here and we're not too far off.

(Paul Nagle) Nous avons endommagé une roue en tapant une pierre. Nous avons perdu 4 secondes et notre confiance! Les deux premières spéciales étaient vraiment agréables. Nous espérons maintenir Andreas derrière nous cet après-midi sur des spéciales pleine d'ornières. Demain sera aussi long. En tant que copilote je dois être encore plus rapide et rejoindre l'arrivée avant lui! Jari est le maître incontesté ici mais nous ne sommes pas loin.

(Paul Nagle) Osuttiin isoon kiveen, ja rengas vaurioutui. Tiputtiin neljä sekuntia, ja luotto oli mennyt viimeisellä pätkällä. Kaksi ensimmäistä olivat tosi hyviä. Halutaan vain pitää Andreas takana iltapäivällä. Matka on pitkä, ja iltapäivän pätkät ovat uraisia. Huomenna on tosi tärkeä päivä. Kartturina pitää mennä Krisin kanssa mahdollisimman kovaa ja päästä maaliin ennen häntä! Jari-Matti on mestari täällä, mutta me emme ole kaukana.

I always knew it was going to be tough on the Southern stages. I was on good speed at Jukojarvi at mid point I hit a rock, I thought I had a puncture and backed off a bit but it was just vibration from a bent rim, lost a bit in there. Then on Himos in the downhill section I lost some more in there. The car has been incredible, I couldn't ask for more. Today when it gets rougher I don't get such a good feeling from the car. When it gets a bit more rutted we struggle a bit. We have to adjust some things to adjust to the more rutted road on the second pass.

Je savais que ce serait dur sur les spéciales du sud. J'étais bien dans Jukojarvi mais j'ai tapé une pierre à mi-chemin en pendant avoir crevé. Par chance, ce n'était que des vibrations à cause d'une jante tordue. Ensuite j'ai encore perdu du temps dans la descente de Himos. La voiture est parfaite, je ne peux rien lui demander de plus. Mais plus cela devient difficile et moins mon feeling est bon. On a du mal sur les ornières, il va falloir modifier certains réglages pour mieux les passer.

Tiesin, että etelän lenkistä tulee rankka. Jukojärvellä olin hyvässä vauhdissa, mutta puolivälissä osuin kiveen. Luulin, että rengas meni ja hidastin vähän, mutta se olikin vain vääntyneestä vanteesta johtuvaa värinää. Aikaa siinä hävittiin. Himoksen alamäessä. Auto on ollut uskomaton; en voisi toivoa enempää. Kun tänään muuttuu rajummaksi, en saa niin hyvää fiilistä autoon. Urissa meillä on hieman hankalaa. Muutamaa juttua pitää säätää toisen lenkin uraisille teille. 

1. Sebastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
It's true I struggle a little bit. I lost a couple of tenths. It was a good loop for me but an excellent loop from Jari. 30 seconds is quite a lot. It's more than difficult to catch him with a regular fight. I expect difficult conditions so we all have to stay out of trouble. Kris is not too far behind so we try to keep the speed.

C'est vrai que j'ai un peu de mal. J'ai perdu quelques dixièmes de seconde. Ce fut une bonne boucle pour nous mais une excellente pour Jari, 30 secondes c'est beaucoup. Je m'attends à ce que cela devienne plus dur donc il va surtout falloir éviter les ennuis. Kris n'est pas loin donc il faut garder notre allure.

Myönnän, että on vähän hankalaa. Menetin muutamia kymmenyksiä. Tämä lenkki oli minulle hyvä, mutta Jarille se oli loistava. 30 sekuntia on aika paljon. On vaikea saada häntä kiinni tavallisella taistelulla. Odotan hankalia olosuhteita, joten meidän kaikkien pitää välttää ongelmia. Kris ei ole kovin kaukana takana, joten koitetaan pitää vauhtia.

9. Andreas Mikkelsen (NOR) / Ola Floene (NOR) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
It has been a good morning. The plan this afternoon is to continue as we are doing and not make too many mistakes. These stages will get very rough so we can't make many mistakes. It is too far to Kris Meeke, there is no way I can catch him unless he makes a mistake. I wasn't really on the pace at the start of the rally, I got faster yesterday and now we're back to where we should be. I have huge respect for this rally.

9. Andreas Mikkelsen (NOR) / Ola Floene (NOR) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
Une bonne matinée. Nous espérons juste continuer de la sorte pour cet après-midi sans commettre d'erreur. Les spéciales vont se dégrader donc il faudra éviter les fautes. Nous sommes trop loin de Kris Meeke, je ne peux rien faire contre lui sauf s'il fait une erreur. Je n'étais pas vraiment dans le rythme au début du rallye, j'étais mieux hier et aujourd'hui nous sommes là où nous devons être. Jai un énorme respect pour ce rallye.

9. Andreas Mikkelsen (NOR) / Ola Floene (NOR) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
On ollut hyvä aamu. Iltapäivän suunnitelma on jatkaa samaan tahtiin ja välttää virheitä. Nämä pätkät menevät aika rajuiksi, joten virheisiin ei ole varaa. En saa Kris Meekeä kiinni, ellei hänelle satu virhettä. Rallin alussa en oikein päässyt vauhtiin. Eilen vauhti parani, ja nyt ollaan siina vauhdissa mitä pitääkin. Kunnioitan tätä rallia suuresti.
