I couldn't see the road over that jump for a while. It's a fantastic stage and the car is working well so I enjoyed that one.

It's a beautiful stage, this one is not rough and it's one of the most beautiful stages of the rally. The battle is super close and nice, we just need to keep pushing.

I only had a millimeter left in there. One of the best stages of my life, I didn't leave a lot in there. Nice and tidy but I want to be faster.

Let's see what Esapekka is doing. The stage was completely smooth so we kept the rhythm. You need however to keep some margin. You need to respond if somebody is pushing.

That's good. That's very positive if we try to fight the Toyotas here. That's a flat out stage for most of the time, that's good. There are many stages to go.

I'm amazed, Esapekka found something special, he's going really really well at the moment. Maybe I started to be a bit too cautious. Esapekka is going very well. I need to think about the manufacturer points, that is a fact.

Ihmetyttää; tuntui, että ei se nyt niin huonosti mennyt. Esapekka ajaa hyvin. Ei hätää, mutta yllättävän paljon jäätiin. Pojat ajaa kovaa. Olin liian varovainen. Nyt pitää ajatella valmistajien pisteitä, ja se on fakta.

We had a bit of a moment in a place where the road gets narrower but we made it through OK. I really like this stage and enjoyed. It was in a good shape. The smaller road section ws quite bad but otherwise nothing special.

Siellä oli sumppupaikka mistä selvittiin. Tykkään tästä pätkästä, nautiskeltiin. Tää oli ihan hyvässä kunnossa. Se pikku tie oli paha, mutta muuten ei mitään ihmeellistä.

I pushed flat out on the maximum. On the last jump took a bit of risk, I went flat out but it was OK.

We had a little off in the same place but otherwise OK. We lost a bit of the rhythm. Before the corner there's a jump and we couldn't get it on the line. I don't know what happened.

It was an OK run until we caught the car in front of us. We had to drive the smaller road in the dust and had to lift and brake even on the straights because I couldn't see a thing.

Oli siihen asti ihan hyvä veto kunnes saatiin edellä menevä kiinni. Jouduttiin ajamaan pikkutie pölyssä ja suorillakin nostamaan kaasua ja jarruttamaan, kun ei nähnyt mitään.

We're trying to push a bit not to let the gap grow too much. There was rain only on the last two kilometres. It's getting better all the time.

The stages are more difficult than yesterday so it's hard to find the right speed. We had some rain on the last one at the end but the grip was OK. It was a bit disturbing. We are getting faster.

Back to full power and having a blast out there. The rain at the end made it a little bit trickier and I backed off a little bit. There are a lot of exposed rocks. We have nothing to fight for so there's no need to go flat out but we're pushing a bit more than in the morning and having a good time.

80. Sean Johnston (USA) / Alex Kihurani (USA) - Ford Fiesta R2
Taas on täydet tehot, ja pidetään kivaa. Sade lopussa teki siitä vähän kinkkistä, ja löysäsin vähän. Tieltä on noussut esiin jonkin verran kiviä. Meillä ei ole mitään taisteltavaa, joten ei tarvi vetää täysillä, mutta pusketaan vähän enemmän kuin aamulla.
