33. Gus Greensmith (GBR) / Elliott Edmondson (GBR) - Ford Fiesta WRC
I think at the end of yesterday we were getting step by step. changed the setup to try to find more grip and my setup didn't work again. I wish I could do the Men in Black thing and forget everything this morning. The best stage in the world this morning, it's impossible not to enjoy that stage.

Rich Millener (M-Sport): I think it's a big experience for Gus. When gus is futher down the field and you hear the top guys complaining about being first on the road, now he knows what it's about. There is a lot to take in for him this weekend. It's frustrating, we know the car is good and there are not massive changes. It shows how mental this rally is, I think we're struggling to get the confidence into the drivers. It's not where any of us want to be at the moment, we just have to keep going now.

From yesterday we tried to get more grip in the car by going softer but then the car was touching the bottom and losing grip that way. We changed things again and now we seem to be back at the start. I felt that I was really giving everything. I cannot find seconds, the codriver agrees that we are on the limit. It does not make me smile if I am 8th or 9th in the rally, it doesn't matter if I'm just faster than my team mate. I know what my level is here and I know we're not there. I don't know the solution but we are working hard to get the better pace. I don't know if it's the correct way but it's better to try now than on next year's test.

3. Teemu Suninen (FIN) / Jarmo Lehtinen (FIN) - Ford Fiesta WRC
Eilen yritimme löytää lisää pitoa autoon pehmentämällä asetuksia, mutta sen sijaan auton pohja laahasi maata ja menetimme pitoa. Muutimme taas juttuja, ja nyt taidetaan olla takaisin siinä mistä aloitettiin. Tuntui, että annoin kaikkeni. En pysty kuromaan sekunteja, kartturinkin mielestä ajetaan limitillä. Ei kyllä hymyilytä, jos olen 8. tai 9. rallissa, eikä ole merkitystä vaikka olisin nopeampi kuin tiimikaverini. Tiedän tasoni täällä, emmekä ole sillä. En tiedä ratkaisua, mutta teemme töitä paremman vauhdin eteen. Liekö siitä hyötyä, mutta parempi kokeilla nyt kuin ensi vuoden testeissä.

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC
We were able to go faster than Seb in some places. More of an equal road postion today and we can now go faster. The Toyotas are on another level and the Citroens are going fast in some places as well. There are a few corners where I can go faster but I have to think about the championship and have to go faster. We used our Joker in Chile so we have to be a bit more clever.

11. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC
Pystyimme ajamaan joissain kohtaa kovempaa kuin Seb. Tänään on tasaväkisempi ajojärjestys, ja pääsemme nyt lujempaa. Toyotat ovat aivan omalla tasollaan ja Citroënit menevät myös paikoin lujaa. Voin mennä lujempaa muutamissa mutkissa, mutta täytyy ajatella mestaruuskamppailua ja pitää vauhtia yllä. Käytimme jokerimme Chilessä, joten nyt täytyy olla fiksusti.

8. Ott Tänak (EST) / Martin Järveoja (EST) - Toyota Yaris WRC
I'm as happy as we can be. It was quite a tricky morning with some new sections which were not so easy to understand. We had to attack quite a lot as the level was quite high. Our team-mates were pushing quite a lot so we had to be on the limit. The begining was a very tricky part of the road, there were some surprises where it was jumping but the line was good. I believe if you can keep it like this then that would be great. It doesn't matter if you win by 10 or 20 seconds, it's a win. We need to focus to keep it on the road.

8. Ott Tänak (EST) / Martin Järveoja (EST) - Toyota Yaris WRC
Olen todella tyytyväinen. Aamu oli aika konstikas; uusia osuuksia, joita ei ollut niin helppo tulkita. Piti hyökätä tosissaan, sillä taso oli niin korkea. Tiimikaverini hyökkäsivät myös, joten limitillä mentiin. Alussa oli konstikas osuus; muutamia yllätyshyppyjä, vaikka linja oli hyvä. On upeaa, jos pysytään tällä tasolla. It was OK, considering I was really low on energy I'm happy that I made no mistakes. I had a bad stomach problem last night and I'm really empty so I definitely lack power today. Luckily the stages are not too long, I just force myself. I'm looking forward to the service where I try to have a small nap to boost myself for this afternoon. Craig gave me a coffee shot which isn't that good medically but it gave me a good boost this morning.

1. Sébastien Ogier (FRA) / Julien Ingrassia (FRA) - Citroen C3 WRC
Sujui ihan OK, vaikka energiatasoni oli todella alhainen ja olen tyytyväinen, etten tehnyt virheitä. Eilen illalla kärsin pahoista vatsavaivoista ja oloni on todella tyhjä, joten voimaa puuttuu. Onneksi pätkät eivät ole liian pitkiä, joten pakotan itseni jatkamaan. Odotan huoltoa ja aion ottaa pikku nokoset, joilla buustaan itseni iltapäivään. Craig antoi minulle kahvia lääkkeeksi ja vaikkei se lääketieteellisesti ole niin hyväksi, sain siitä virtaa aamuun.

[Martin Järveoja] Todays stages have always been nice to drive. If the rhythm is good then the times are good. So far all good, the new stage section was quite hard. When you are on the limit there is no doubt about that. The first thing has to be to survive the rutted parts.

8. Ott Tänak (EST) / Martin Järveoja (EST) - Toyota Yaris WRC
[Martin Järveoja] Tämän päivän pätkät ovat aina olleet mukavia ajettavia. Jos rytmi on hyvä, ajatkin ovat. Tähän asti kaikki hyvin, uuden pätkän osuudet olivat haastavia. Limitillä kun mennään, niin näin se menee. Ensimmäinen tavoite on selviytyä uraisista osuuksista.

10. Jari-Matti Latvala (FIN) / Miikka Anttila (FIN) - Toyota Yaris WRC
The speed was amazing in the morning. We have never driven it so fast and Kris was the fastest. Everything was looking good, we had a very good feeling. The small road was more slippery than I expected and there was a part that had a concrete block last year. That was taken away this year and I changed my notes. So I used the corner but there was a head sized stone which had appeared on the corner. Technically the car is working fine, it looks worse than it is. Going into a right hand corner it was sliding a little more but it was OK.

10. Jari-Matti Latvala (FIN) / Miikka Anttila (FIN) - Toyota Yaris WRC
Aamun vauhti oli uskomaton. Emme ole koskaan ajaneet sitä niin lujaa, ja Kris oli nopein. Kaikki vaikutti hyvältä, fiilis oli hyvä. Pikkutie oli liukkaampi kuin oletin ja sillä oli osuus, jossa oli betonieste ennen. Tänä vuonna se oli siirretty pois, joten muutin nuottejani. Not so bad, I think we had a reasonably good morning, we struggled a little with the rear of the car and that knocked the confidence a bit but we've changed it back and it's OK. Paul, the "sack of spuds"? To be fair he's been 110% and he has to get to the end of the stage before me on every stage. [Paul Nagle] That first stage this morning is really, really fast and a lot of corners coming at me. It's demanding on the car and both the crew but it's going ok. [Craig Breen] We'll try to keep the speed we had this morning, we're close to the other cars so we're ready and waiting.

42. Craig Breen (IRL) / Paul Nagle (IRL) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC

I'm quite happy. I've been trying to push but this is the speed with this car but we can't amke up any more time. It's so high risk I can't go any faster so that's what it is. It's enjoyable but I discovered some crests which are different to before and we have some downforce issues, we need to improve that so we can fight with them. We will make some suspension changes.

4. Esapekka Lappi (FIN) / Janne Ferm (FIN) - Citroen C3 WRC
Olen aika tyytyväinen. Olen yrittänyt hyökätä. Tämä on se vauhti minkä tällä autolla pääsee ja kirimme aikaa. Mennään niin riskillä, ettei voi mennä lujempaa, niin se nyt on. I'm feeling great. It's very, very tight and I'm enjoying the driving. We're ok on the narrow roads but not so fast on the wider sections. It's tough but we're really improving there. In the wide it's very difficult to know exactly how fast you can go. It was raining two minutes ago and now it's sunny!

89. Andreas Mikkelsen (NOR) / Anders Jaeger (NOR) - Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC
Tuntuu upealta. On todella tiukkaa, ja nautin ajosta. Kapeilla osuuksilla sujuu ihan hyvin, mutta ei olla niin nopeita leveämmillä. On rankkaa, mutta parannetaan. Leveillä osuuksilla on vaikeaa tietää tarkalleen miten lujaa voi mennä. Kaksi minuuttia sitten satoi ja nyt paistaa aurinko!

21. Kalle Rovanperä (FIN) / Jonne Halttunen (FIN) - Skoda Fabia R5 Evo
The car felt quite slippy but in other parts it was quite OK. Today it has been amazing. The first loop has been good with the conditions you can just drive and enjoy it. Everything is going well, we are having good times but I think we can get the car better. I'm always trying to improve the car and myself.

21. Kalle Rovanperä (FIN) / Jonne Halttunen (FIN) - Skoda Fabia R5 Evo
Auto luisti jossain kohtaa ja jossain se oli ihan OK. Tänään on ollut upeaa. Ensimmäinen lenkki on ollut hyvä. Sellaisissa olosuhteissa voi vain ajaa ja nauttia. Kaikki sujuu hyvin, meillä on hauskaa, mutta uskoisin että auton saa vielä paremmaksikin. Yritän aina kehittää autoa ja itseäni.
