The road condition is very good. It's quite damp and there is a good grip. The surface is good condition and there is a big jump in the middle of the stage, the "Novikov" jump.

All good. The morning has been good for us. It's not easy, I cannot see any lines which is new for me. We know which direction to go for the setup but the changes will change a lot.

I am happy with my tires. The first part was slippery otherwise everything went fine.

It's always a bit annoying when you come to a fine, nice jump and you slow down too much, it's quite embarrasing! So many camera people and I got nervous and slowed down so much. You should give them a reaon to watch there! When you see people you know something is going to happen but the spectators have got professional and they are hiding now!

On aina vähän ärsyttävää, kun tulee hienoon hyppyyn ja hidastaa liikaa; se on noloa! Niin paljon kuvaajia, minä hermostuin ja hidastin liikaa. Pitäisi antaa heille katsomisen aihetta! Ihmisiä nähdessään tietää, että jotain tapahtuu, mutta katsojista onn tullut ammattilaisia ja he ovat piilossa!

2. Jari-Matti Latvala (FIN) / Miikka Anttila (FIN) - Volkswagen Polo R WRC
We have analysed our driving: when I really push I sometimes let the car go sideways but the feeling was very good, we now go to service, get some coffee and get ready for the afternoon. It went really well this morning. Aamu on mennyt ihan hyvin.

Analysoitiin ajoa: kun olen oikein hyökännyt, olen päästänyt perää liikaa irti ja auto on mennyt liikaa poikittain. Nyt tuntui hyvältä. Nyt mennään vaan huoltoon, otetaan kahvia ja valmistaudutaan iltapäivään.

7. Thierry Neuville (BEL) / Nicolas Gilsoul (BEL) - Hyundai i20 WRC
I try to follow the line of the guys in front of me but they must have more grip than me because I go more sideways than they do in corners.

The car was working really well and I was really happy. I couldn't find my lines on the blind crests at the start of this stage. This was particularly slippery for me. So happy, we'll see how we go.

There is still work to be done, it's not 100% where we want it but with a bit more commitment that will come. We just have to work on it.

Everything is OK but the jumps are really big. It's difficult even if the end of the stage was really nice and narrow. I think I lost a bit of time at the start of the stage.

We just try to keep the car in the lines, We lose some times on the braking points but it's getting better.

The last stage was quite fast, I was not happy about my notes. We have better notes this time, I was a little slow where I had doubt over the crests but otherwise OK.

Everything is OK. At service we will change some of the settings. We might try making it a bit stiffer. We just need to concentrate on our driving. There's no point in getting frustrated even though the top guys are going faster.

I rekon that's the stage of the event so far. That's brilliant, a beautiful surface and flowing road. The time is pretty good too. This is only our fourth event in the car and our first in Finland. You'll have to ask my wife about next year!

A few problems in the stage for us, I missheard a pacenote and came into a junction too quickly. We got round the junction on the hand brake but it cost us about eight seconds, we also lost a bit of time getting by Brynildsen who was going slowly with a pucnture.

Pätkällä oli muutamia ongelmia. Kuulin nuotin väärin ja tulin yhteen risteykseen liian kovaa. Päästiin siitä käsijarrulla, mutta siinä meni jotain kahdeksan sekuntia. Hukattiin aikaa myös, kun piti ohittaa Brynildsen, joka ajoi hiljaa renkaan puhjettua.

Arrived at the end of the stage with a rear left puncture. No comments. They have lost eight minutes to their rivals in the category.

Leading WRC3. Caught by car 62. No problems trying to maintain the lead, happy with set ups and pace notes are good.

Currently second in the class. He doesn't know if there is still enough stages to take the lead. Hopes everything will go well without any stage cancel in order to catch up on Gilbert.
